Philosophy of Ministry
We believe that the local church ought to be more than just "a spiritual lighthouse" it should be "a spiritual greenhouse", an environment in which believers are catalyzed to both grow and reproduce spiritually. To accomplish this mission we focus on the five basics of Bible Study, Fellowship, Worship, Prayer, and Evangelism (see Acts 2:42-47 for this same pattern in the very first local church staffed by the apostles).
Our emphasis is not on any one person (be the pastor or anyone else), but on our Lord Jesus Christ and His Word. We believe that every believer is a "priest" having the right and responsibility to represent him/herself before God and to personally minister unto Him.
